Hiller Family Farms
Nestled in the mountains of Northern Colorado, Hiller Family Farms is a proud, family-operated farm rooted in hard work, integrity, and a love for the land. Owned and operated by Nathan and Laura Hiller, the farm represents a blend of traditional agriculture and modern innovation — a continuation of values passed down through generations.
Laura Hiller has been farming her entire life. After stepping away from agriculture to become a dedicated military spouse, she has returned to her roots with a renewed passion and entrepreneurial spirit. Today, Laura leads the farm’s expanding line of artisan sodas, jams, and preserves, crafted from locally grown fruits and natural ingredients. Her creations capture the taste of Colorado’s seasons and the heart of family farming.
Nathan Hiller, a U.S. Army Veteran who proudly served during the Iraq War, brings leadership, discipline, and a sharp economic perspective to the farm’s operations. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Economics at Colorado State University, along with a Master’s in Animal Management and Bachelor’s degrees in both Business and Accounting. Nathan’s unique combination of academic knowledge and hands-on experience guides the farm’s growth and long-term sustainability.
Together, Nathan and Laura are building more than a farm — they’re cultivating a legacy. Hiller Family Farms stands as a testament to Colorado’s agricultural heritage, a deep respect for nature, and a family’s commitment to producing quality goods for their community.
